ROOM BLOCK AND RATES
Individual guests will be responsible for making their own reservations.
Reservations may be made by calling (877) 814-7316 and asking for the WVAMA Conference 2026 Room Block.
Resort Guestroom Special Rate: $139 per night.
A major credit card will be required upon reserving individual rooms and a seven (7) day cancellation period would apply, whereby an attendee cancelling their reservation within seven (7) days of arrival will be charged one night’s lodging.
**Please note: A Resort Service Fee of 12.5% is added to the nightly room rate. This fee assists in providing several resort services, access to indoor basketball, fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, and movie cinema, among others.
